If, at the time of delivery, the products you re- ceive do not match the products you ordered and you implement the statutory and contrac- tual warranties, and after a detailed complaint is received and the products are returned, Wesco undertakes to provide after-sales support free of charge by exchanging or repairing where pos- sible the product if found to be defective. Furniture and other voluminous items may only be returned with the prior agreement of WESCO. Products returned for an exchange or refund must be intact and in their original packaging. They must include all accessories and docu- ments. Packaging and carriage on returned goods are at the Client s expense and are only refunded for returns as per articles 11 and 14.
Customised items sold on the basis of a quote and accepted by the client cannot be returned or exchanged.
16. Intellectual property The general structure, software, texts, anima- ted or still images, sound, know-how, drawings, graphics and any other elements making up our websites or catalogues are the sole property of Wesco. Any total or partial reproduction of these websites or catalogues using any process what- soever without the express permission of Wesco is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
Wesco is not liable for hypertext links imple- mented on our websites pointing to other online resources.

Personal Data Processing Manager. Personal data are collected by WESCO, a French limited liability company with a management board and a supervisory board, with a capital of 1,000,000, having its registered office at Avenue du Général Marigny, Route de CHOLET 79140 CERIZAY, FRANCE, registered in the NIORT Trade and Companies Register under number 304 764 863.
Purposes of the collection and processing of personal data. The collection of personal data is carried out by Wesco to: - Create an account; - Receive our newsletter; - Contact us in the context of creating an order on the Inter- net with or without creating an account and a paper order
in the context of a sponsorship; as part of the participation in a contest on the e-commerce website.
Specifically, we collect and process your last name, first name, address, email address, password, telephone number, IP address, connection data and navigation data, order his- tory, preferences and interests, products added to the basket, claims.
The data collected are stored under conditions designed to ensure their security and confiden- tiality.
The personal data collected are necessary for one or more of the following purposes: - managing, monitoring and processing your orders; - managing the delivery of your orders; - claims and after-sales service management; - managing your subscription to the newslet- ter and sending the corresponding email cam- paigns; - managing customer reviews; - customising the proposed services; - responding to your messages in the context of the contact form; - answering your questions in the context of the online chat; - sending customer satisfaction surveys; - sending catalogues or direct advertising.
When you pay on our website, WESCO does not collect your payment data, but only a payment ID and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card to allow you to recognise the card that was used for payment. All your bank details are collected exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment service provider, which guarantees the security of payments.
Recipients of personal data WESCO has ensured that all the subcontracting companies it has selected operate in accordance with the European General Data Protection Re- gulation of 27 April 2016 and have put in place security provisions valid for all European Union countries. These subcontracting companies may operate within the framework of the following missions (non-exhaustive list): - delivery of your orders: - management of customer reviews; - online chat management; - routing of commercial email campaigns; - address standardisation and routing of direct mail.
None of your personal data collected by Wesco shall be communicated, transferred or resold to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
The use of the sharing feature via social networks may result in the transfer of perso- nal data, but this transfer depends on the user who takes sole responsibility for it, Wesco being unable to control this transfer which is not at their initiative.
Shelf life of your personal data Mail and documents received or sent by e-mail are kept for a minimum period of one year and are then archived by way of backup for a period of 10 years with restricted access for limited rea- sons authorised by law (payment, guarantee, disputes, etc.).
Personal data is kept for as long as you are an active customer and for a period of 5 years from your last activity, and then archived for a period of 10 years with restricted access for limited reasons authorised by law (payment, guarantee, disputes, etc.).
A customer is active for example when making a purchase, connecting to their customer space, or while a contract or guarantee is in effect.
The destruction of the archives shall be subject to a procedure ensuring that all the archives have been destroyed.
Security measures on personal data Wesco places the utmost importance to the pro- tection and security of its information systems. As the person responsible for the processing of your personal data, Wesco is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected, in accordance with the regulations in force. As such, technical and organisational se- curity measures have been introduced.
To make electronic payment of your orders, your banking information and data are collected by our payment service provider: Ingenico, PCI-DSS certified, data security standard for the major payment card groups.
Your rights to personal data By accepting our general terms and conditions of sale, you give your consent for Wesco to collect, process and use the personal data you provide to them in the above-mentioned conditions.
In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, transfer and limit the processing of any personal data concerning you. You can exercise this right upon simple request:
