The safety of users
All the products created and selected by Wesco guarantee maximum safety when they are being used by children.
Analysed and tested by accredited independent laboratories, they are subject to very strict standards in terms of resistance to abrasion, tearing, twisting, chewing, fire…
Each product which is subject to a standard has a certificate of conformity.
Wesco do not stop at the existing standards, they go further. We put all our products through a very strict quality test and user tests. Even if a product is certified in accordance with the standards, if it does not meet your requirements in our internal tests, it will not appear in our catalogues.
The aim of the REACH European regulation, in force since 01/06/2007, is to limit or ban the use of certain chemicals. Wesco is involved in this and do all they can to avoid using these chemicals in their products.

Contribute to solidarity
We support several different local associations, covering various domains:
- sports (football, rugby, swimming clubs…),
- helping children in difficulty: donating products to the Alexis Camille association who then distribute them for Christmas to the children of "Restos du Coeur" (French charitable organisation) and support African schools,
- increasing awareness for the respect for the environment with the support of the EI2S Foundation.
Respecting workers' rights and working conditions
Wesco apply workers' rights and make sure employees work in complete safety and in good working conditions: pleasant premises with access for people with restricted mobility, fully-equipped rest areas, financing for a trade union which offers advantages to each employee.
New employees go through an integration procedure and receive a welcome and safety booklet. This process enables each new arrival to be correctly informed on the current regulations and rights in force within the company.
Wesco also make sure that their service providers respect workers' rights, in asking them to sign the supplier guide.
With teams in Europe, Asia and North America, Wesco carry out on-site tests to make sure this chart is respected by their suppliers.
Promote diversity
Wesco denounce any form of discrimination, in terms of recruitment as well as the career evolution of employees.
There are as many women as men in our company, working at all levels of the hierarchy.
Our premises are accessible for people with reduced mobility and we are creating adapted work stations for employees affected by a disability or an illness.
Also, when choosing our products we strive to reflect diversity by using characters from different ethnic backgrounds, with a disability etc.
Encourage training
Each year, Wesco dedicates a large part of their budget to employee training. Each new employee follows an integration program which enables them to understand how the company works and therefore to better understand the issues relating to their job function.
We welcome trainees on a regular basis to train them in our lines of business and enable them to put their know-how into practice.
