Order
• Prices in this 2010 catalogue are guaranteed for 2010, unless there is a large fluctuation in raw materials. They are calculated including Tax (VAT included at a rate of 20%, except for books: 5%)
Our prices are only valid for the United Kingdom.
• We invite you to fill out an order form, without forgetting to specify the colour you have chosen and the item reference number.
• For any order made by phone, fax and internet, please DO NOT confirm by mail.

Deliveries
• Items are delivered in + or – 14 days depending on stock availability.
We would also like to draw your attention to back to school periods and Christmas holidays; we recommend that you place your orders as early as possible if you wish to receive your delivery for a certain date. The given dates are only an indication, with no obligation on our part. Any possible delay cannot lead to compensation or interest on arrears.

Transport : For each order delivered to United Kingdom, we will add a delivery cost of 3,68 £.

Receipt of your order : items are sent at the risk and peril of the recipient.
- Upon delivery, look at the delivery slip and check the package number.
- Check your package in front of the carrier: verify the number and condition of the packages.
- On the receipt, indicate your name, date, sign and stamp.
- In the case of damage or any missing item, you must note the nature and degree of damage of each item on the receipt, in the presence of the carrier.
For immediate processing of your file, send a signed copy of the receipt to:

If you are not satisfied with items upon reception, Wesco offers a free-of-charge customer service. You have 14 days following reception to inform us in writing.

If you are disappointed by an article, or if you made a mistake when ordering, you also have 14 days following receipt to inform us and to return the article at your expense, it will then be exchanged or refunded. Of course, the article must be returned
unopened, in its original packaging. • On the other hand, we accept no responsibility for damages or accidents which can result from misuse of the item.
