3 working days following receipt of your parcel to notify our customer services department.
• If you are disappointed by an article, or if you made a mistake when ordering, you have 7 days, according to law, following receipt to inform us
in writing and to request an exchange, a credit note or a refund. For your convenience,
Wesco can extend this to 15 days. All you have to do is return
