Our customer services department takes all complaints seriously, in France and abroad and aim to find a solution within 10 days.
15 days to consider whether you are completely satisfied!
• In the event of damage during transit, you have 3 working days following receipt of your parcel to notify our customer services department.

• If you are disappointed by an article, or if you made a mistake when ordering, you have 7 days, according to law, following receipt to inform us in writing and to request an exchange, a credit note or a refund. For your convenience, Wesco can extend this to 15 days. All you have to do is return thearticle in exactly the same condition at your expense, in its original packaging.
